Way To Go Cat! Ive been a member of this Credit Union for over 30 years and I have Never been disappointed! The interest rates on loans, Savings, free educational resources, etc., not to mention the advanced Fraud Prevention System and the EMPLOYEES are Awesome! Note: Because I neglected to inform Radifi that I would be out of the country for a few days, the system did not Neglect to locked my account, IMMEDIATELY, after my first transaction! Speaking of employees, Catherine Cat Edwards, deserves A 5 STAR! My recent Loan business/process was with her and I must say, Cat was efficient, responsive, kind and very transparent. She walked me through every step to make certain that I received a loan fitting for my personal (Financial) life. Cat was open to ALL of my questions, NO pressure and one of her other best skill sets was/is her humor though out the whole deal - OMG, there were times that I couldnt stop laughing! Cat walked me through my loan process as friend and not just as a member and I loved it! Thank you Radifi for this young lady - Shes Awesome!

I have rarely had any problems dealing with Radifi CU. The very few times I had an issue they handled it very efficiently and quickly.
