Walked into the store to get a new phone.The store was empty besides one family. Watched a female sales associate being very rude with the family that was in the store. After the family left the female then went to her other female coworker to openly complain about the family and how the wife had to translate for the husband and it isnt my job to figure that shi* out along with other derogatory things she said. The wife was speaking English to the female associate so she did not have to try to figure that shi* out.I decided to leave and take my business to a different location. T mobile do better and train your employees in basic customer service.

Kevin is FANTASTIC, Worked with me on getting a new phone, tablet, and watchworking with me to make sure everything was working. Came in a day later and helped me again. AWESOME AND HAD A LOT OF PATIENCE, GREAT STAFF, included is a new employee named Ilyas.
