Bad customer service. This branch of enterprise can't even remember if the insurance paid for an extension for a week. They also have a accusing tone on the phone when trying to tell them that the insurance already paid for the extension. Also drop off time is confusing, person on the phone told me 11, while the person I dealt with in person told me 5. Which is it 11 or 5? Is the 11am dropoff time for people who don't want to pay for something that is already being paid for by the insurance company?

As usual, the team at 9774 B San Jose Blvd handled my rental request professionally. Going above and beyond, providing transportation to and from, and offering an upgrade when the selection was unavailable. Normally, for our corporate rentals they are courteous and friendly, and this time was no exception for a personal rental. Will be back for sure.

Unbelievable, I have been renting from this place for 25 years.
And a new 20 year old Enterprise employees think they know it all, ..........Absolutely the rudest and worst customer service!!!!!
You need to be retrained, you are in the customer service business. Apparently you were playing on Instagram during that lesson.
