This guy named Sam that works at this location is a outright big time liar. He told me that money was credited/returned back to my account from the merchant , but 2 of his co-workers said ; that the money has not been credited or returned from the merchant. No No No !

When I tell you Samuel's customer service was beyond exceptional. That in itself was enough, but he exceeded it further by being personable, intentional, and willing to ensure my husband and I were comfortable with all the options and information available to us.

This review is based solely on my experience with branch manager Jonathan and his assistant branch manager, and not the bank itself. These two people are assets to Regions and were a great help when I was dealing with a colossal headache of a situation. It took nearly a week and hours of busy work on their part, during which they never complained, they showed compassion, and kindness. Throughout the process, I may have been slightly less than easy to deal with. Both Jonathan and his assistant were professional, courteous, kind, responsive, apologetic, and knowledgeable. They solved my issue, got me my funds back, and were the only bright spot in an otherwise dark situation. Thank you, for helping to solve my back office issue.
