        Drove a from Town Center to this Branch during work to make a deposit. Bank is open, employees present but was told by a suit that no one is available today or tomorrow to help me with a deposit. So what is the Branch open for?

        It's a waste of time to book an appointment to notorize documents in this center. As per the manager I met, they would do only affidavits and no legal documents even if we have originals, just because they do it as a free service. Very unprofessional approach. I had past experience of getting all kind of documents notarized in the same center. If it's not policy change from BofA, then it's just the bad attitude of the current manger to the customers.
