        Bre was great and did everything she could to help us. However, her colleague (didnt catch her name) was rude, didnt seem prepared to be at work at 9 in the morning, and honestly couldnt care less to help the only customers in the building. After trying to work through an internal error for 30 mins, Bre asked this woman to help us out on her account instead. Her response, they are just going to have to wait, as she continued gossiping with other coworkers. Completely unacceptable. Bank elsewhere, this town has plenty of better options.

        Bre was amazing and did the best she could to help us out. However, when she asked a colleague for help the other person replied with a snarky remark that we could clearly hear. Poor customer service, especially being the only customers there at the time.
