Aga Forbes is my Hero!! Great job!! Thank you so much for spending hours yesterday afternoon resolving an issue I had getting access to funds needed to replace a car! She listened, showed compassion, and followed through to fill my request and help me eleviate so much stress in the process to replace a car in today's market, that I lost from Carvana because they couldn't provide a title for a car purchased in full 8 months ago...SHE IS AMAZING! THAT SAVED VYSTAR AFTER OVER 25 YEARS AS A CUSTOMER!!

I was in this branch as a new person to the area, trying to find a local bank. When I arrived I was happy to see a greeter who asked how they could help me and I explained that I was new to the area and wanted information about establishing a local bank. They assigned me a Relationship Specialist named Rhonda Sourbeer. Rhonda was very thorough and took her time explaining all the programs and benefits that VyStar has. I have not started my account yet, I am waiting for my wife to arrive and join me but we will be back and I hope to be in and start our local accounts as when she arrives to join me. Miss Sourbeer was a joy to work with and it really is refreshing to have "Customer Service" be a verb and not just a title. In todays age, feeling like you matter is not something we experience much anymore from banks unless you are talking about depositing lots LOTS of money. I felt like I mattered and I was important and that was initiated at the door when I was greeted and asked how I could be helped, and it was totally 100% reinforced and expanded on by Miss Sourbeer. My hope is she is working when I come in with my wife so she can feel the same appreciation that I felt and the attention to detail and kindness. Again this is not something we see very much, well basically at all anymore. Thank you VyStar and thank you Miss Rhonda Sourbeer for how you contributed to my feeling special.

I have been using this branch since moving here in 1998. I have always delt with Vickie Erd. This young lady is the best, she is kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Vickie makes banking a pleasure. Thanks Vickie for you continuing help.
