        This is absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. I've had so many hoops of fire to go through just to set up a new checking account. It's the checking bonus that brought me in, but it's not even worth the $300 with so many problems already. At this location specifically, the bankers I've dealt with are very hard nosed, do not care, and offer no customer service skills at all. I'll be closing my new account. I will note that I signed up with a different bank today, and there were absolutely no issues whatsoever. It's not the client, it's the bank.

        This branch as a whole provides very good customer service. I worked with Keira to open a new account and she was amazing! She was very patient, kind, & informative. I will definitely be looking for her on my next visit.
