Came in to ask for help with documents requested by the bank and was treated like a problem because I asked to be treated like a person and not just read me a script, give me another phone number, send me to another voice-mail, or refer me to another website. Most ridiculous, pathetic excuses for bank employees I've ever encountered. Literally wasted an hour and a half of my life and got no further than I was a week ago when this game of "passing the buck" began. Will never return to this branch ever again.

I decided to open an account with this bank and they told me to come in with two forms of id. When I came to the bank they wouldnt let me in because of my steel toe boots caused the metal detector to go off as I was on my way to work right after. They told me to walk through the drive thru because I didnt have a car. When I got to the drive thru the bank manager just stood there and stared at me. I had to press the button to get assistance. Then she had an attitude and was very rude to me. She told me I had to come in the bank to open an account and she wont let me in with steel toe boots because she "doesnt know me. I asked could she waive the deadline so I would be eligible for the bonus because I came there and wasnt allowed in. She told me no and said Ive had the offer for a long time without even asking me what my name was or looking me up and I only had the offer for 2 days that werent holidays. She racially discriminated against me because Im black and a hard working man that wears steel toe boots to work. I told her I no longer want to open an account because I see how they treat customers.

Iam greatly disappointed in this bank. First off Ive been doing business with them since March 2020 when I first relocated. Ive never had an issue with them or in regards to my money up until this recent year 2023. For the last past several months I have been in the negative paying overdraft fees and they have been receiving my mass amount of income and ME the minimum. I havent complained. My account has been hacked with me having screenshots proof dated back to 2021 in North Carolina. To no avail no one helped I let it go. So Now they have returned my overdraft fee of 400$ and it has boosted my cc amount to 810 which I cannot afford to pay. I reached out to customer service just so they can continuously give me the run around, transferred an enormous amount of calls to even being hung up on. In my opinion they are doing bad business. I wouldnt suggest this bank to anyone. I see why they have 2.stars they should be closed down in my opinion. Oh and just to mention had two savings accounts both are closed.
