        Don't understand the negative reviews. This place is amazing! Every person I spoke to was very pleasent and polite! I am closing out my account for bank of America as my financial situation changed when I got married. But the sheer pleasantness of the employees at this branch made me almost reconsider. Wonderful.

        The employee was incompetent enough to put an extra zero on the withdrawal slip when I withdrew a cashiers check. Now my account balance is negative 74,000. They can't be bothered to answer the phone to address my concerns about their mistake.
