Avoid this location racism from branch manager. I am a small business owner In 2022, I opened an account at your Lane Ave branch in Jacksonville, FL. Initially, my experience was positive until Jeannie assumed the role of branch manager. My interactions with her have been concerning and distressing. Jeannies responses are always dismissive, and commenting negatively about my spending habits. This made me uncomfortable and seemed judgmental. I firmly believe that Jeannies discriminatory actions, combined with personal animosity towards me as a member of synovus have led to unwarranted actions. As a young black female, I feel discriminated against and unfairly targeted.

Avoid this location branch manger DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE she had my daughter in law trespassed from the location she does her banking at MIND YOU SHES A BUSINESS OWNER that move more money through them accounts then any member she knows so why treat a woman of profession like this ?

The manager is totally rude she was violating my personal privacy by looking over in my pocket book while I was looking for proof of documents. She has no kind of respect. Nasty customer service will never go back.

It's the only place I have been to Jacksonville/ Orange Park area that is a big time bank thing with a small home town feel. The bank representatives are amazing the bank manager is absolutely phenomenal I love them they are so sweet caring you won't find that anywhere else.....
