As a young man under the age of 25 everyone told me I was too young and that buying a home was impossible. After talking to multiple dealers and lenders I finally got ahold of someone who was willing to help. Dina and her team helped me through the process from the beginning to the end, she answered any questions I had with much help and even went above and beyond to give tips and advice. She treated me and my family as if it was her own. If I could give more stars I would. Me and my family are very much appreciative of her and her team and her dedication to make this work and even get us closed before Christmas! Thank you Dina you have a customer for life! The kids love the gifts!

I have been working with Dina Rosamond on obtaining a loan for a new home. Given the complexity of my situation, I was unsure if I would be able to proceed. Needless to say, Dina went above and beyond what I would consider normal help from a bank! She has made this experience wonderful and very easy!! She is very knowledgeable and is willing to take time out of her already busy life to answer any questions I had within hours. First Federal Bank has a great employee!! The BEST.. I was treated like family here such a great experience. No, Im not related to anybody here or there. I was just lucky enough to have been referred to by one of the builders I was dealing with at the time They really went over and above and helped this Old Disabled Vet get a home! Yes I have found me a home. : ) now I need and Old red bike to get me around. To all the Bars and Beaches in my town!!!! Thanks to all who work there BIG THANKS TO.. Dina Rosamond! You kid are Amazing!

Started my VA construction loan process by a recommendation from a local manufactured home salesman. I knew absolutely nothing about the process, so the salesman turned me to Dina Rosamond at First Federal Bank. He spoke very highly of her, so I figured why not...couldn't hurt anything. After HOURS of discussion, heavy questioning by my wife and I (mainly my wife) we decided the process was right for us. Dina really made us feel at home and put our mind at ease during the process. We opted to buy property and a 5-bedroom home for our family. We submitted our credit app, all the required information and low and behold, our dream of living on 30 acres is coming true! Our dream will be reality next week! Dina is simply AMAZING at what she does. We would send texts at any time (Even non-duty hours...sorry!) and she'd answer our questions multiple times.
