Johnathan and his team came through and helped me out big time with a service need on my Miele vacuum. If there was a 10 star option I would be selecting it. I highly recommend this store.

Top Notch Customer service! Recently took my Miele vacuum collection bin in for repair. The Manager, Jonathan swapped the part quickly and took care of us. Great store, great knowledge of various products and great customer service! 10/10 would recommend shopping here for your vacuum needs. Customer for life!

The manager, Jonathan was very nice and helpful. He offered to repair my old neighbor's vacuum for $20, saying there was likely a disconnect in the handle for the on and off switch. I told him I'll ask her if she is ok with the price and come back later. Instead he offered to just repair it for free anyway. He also checked the bag, saw it was old so he replaced it with a new one free. Very chill dude, excellent service.

Johnathan (store owner) is the absolute nicest person you will ever meet. Knowledgeable, kind, professional, efficient, etc. This was my first visit, and I was beyond impressed. Whether for repairs or sales, this is the guy you want to do business with. You will not be disappointed.
