San Jose Blvd Location: Had an apartment fire. Worked with Kim. She was amazing. She had us a new living room set delivered in less than 24 hours. Her help and compassion was more than her job. It was because she really cared and wanted to help in a time of need. They gave us some peace during a tragedy. Sometimes its the little things. Thank you Aaron's and thank you Kim!

Spoke to Ms. Kim at the San Jose store. Had financial constraints regarding a payment. Needed to adjust my payment date. Kim came up with a solution that proved extremely effective and beneficial. She also informed me of other promotions that Aaron's was providing this month without being pushy. Very professional and courteous. Thank you for your help with this matter.

Darlene Green I have been a customer at this store for 5years or more the staff&management are awesome the delivery staff is very professional Kim is such a blessing to me I'm disabled&I don't leave home only for Dr appt but when I need to add to my account I just pick up the phone&call kim tell her my budget what I need & kim takes it from there & it's exactly as if I went in and picked it out my self I have never been dissatisfied with her choices and that means the world to me I just won't to say Thanks&I really appreciate her she is amazing Kim is truly a big asset to the company Thanks to the staff&management team for Great customer service Darlene Green
