This company does not honor their warranty policy. They lie and say they are going to come out to fix your problem and never show up. I received the worst customer service from them possible. They stole my money now I have to find someone else to fix my dryer.

I have had an unfortunate experience working with Mr Appliance. I initially had a technician come out to my home and inform me that a part needed to be ordered (totally understandable) and he could not do the repair that day. I had called the office multiple times asking for a PM window for the return visit as I work full time as a single homeowner and do not have anyone that could be home in the AM. After multiple times of being told they would note on my appointment and do their best to get me the window I could be available for, they were able to get me a 2:30-4:30 window to fix my stove. I received an automated email from Mr appliance letting me know that my technician was on his way at 3pm, when I called the office at the end of my service window inquiring about where my technician Alejando was, I was informed that my work order was marked as active. The person from their office informed me that meant my job was started, while on the phone with the front I went out my front door and back door and did not see a Mr Appliance truck or any sort of truck on my street. Next, I asked the nice lady on the line to call Alejandro to ask where he was. When she took me off of hold, she informed me that Alejandro claimed he knocked on my door and I was not home. Unfortunately for Mr Alejandro, I have a Ring doorbell and a very loud dog whose arch nemesis is a knock or ring at the door who would have let me know someone was there. The woman told me that the manager had left for the day and would be calling me in the morning as she had left them a note. The next morning, I received a phone call from Mr Appliance (not from the manager) explaining to me that they saw the note from the day before. They informed me that they spoke with Alejandro, they were not sure if he went to my front door but they know he was on my street for 20-30 mins and that I was not home. I really am not sure how Alejandro could claim I was not home without knocking at my door, and again, I have a Ring doorbell that would have picked up on that movement of someone being at my door. Its also worth noting I had a previous appointment with Mr Appliance who was able to find my address just fine. She then informed me that in their system they could see he called the office at 3:40 claiming I was not home. I then had the office confirm that he had my correct address and phone number but apparently he sat in his truck for 20-30 mins and failed to use my phone number to call (or walk to the front door and knock) and ask if he was at the right location or if I was, in fact, home. When asked about why I did not receive a call, I was informed that their software does not support that ,I would recommend Mr Appliance look into this feature allowing technicians place phone calls beyond just their front office as this could have easily fixed this issue. The front office was friendly and nice, and were able to accommodate me with another PM appointment for their first/next available, although I am still awaiting a call back from the manager on why Alajandro did not call or knock on my front door for my *second* appointment. I would certainly not recommend using this company again, and if I did not already pay a deposit for this repair I would not even pursue the second appointment.
