My initial impression was positive. I made an appointment and the repair technician arrived on-time. After diagnosing the problem, it was determined that a part was needed that was available. We scheduled a follow-up appointment well after the date in which the required part was to be delivered. That follow-up appointment date came, I took off early from work to be home and nobody showed or called. I called the main number and was transferred to the repair technician who told me the part still needed to be ordered. We set a second follow-up date and the exact same thing happened - no show and no contact from anyone. When I called again, I was told that they were short-handed and very busy. No apologies...just excuses. Very frustrating. Save your money and time and stay away from Sullivan and Son Appliance Repair.

The Son In-Law came and stated the control board was out and he would order. Its been two weeks. I called and he said he hadnt got a tracking number and would call once he did. After two weeks without a refrigerator I called back. He still hasnt got one. I order one myself and received the board in three days. Which tells me they never ordered. What very poor service. I recommend do not use this company. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Used them for a dishwasher installation. They got me scheduled quickly. The technician showed up ahead of time and was friendly. Installed quickly with no issues.

I definitely did not receive the service that everyone raves about. Voicemail was full and could not leave a message. I sent a text hoping I could get through to this 5 star company for my freezer repair. I received a text the next morning stating they had an opening a few days later which I responded to and confirmed. I sent another text asking a question with no response back. I called to confirm my appointment to which they said was not scheduled because they did not have my address - which I guess was never asked for through text. So I was scheduled for that day but a few hours later - no one showed up during that time or came out. I called - voicemail still full and texted - no response back. Still nothing 4 hours past appointment time. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
