        Collins Preserve is the place to live it has the best atmosphere and the best leasing professionals ever. I shouldn't have a favorite because they are ALL so nice but Makayla is my girl. I guess because I meet her first. They are always having cool events for us residents. I've never lived any where like this before. I love it here.

        Collins Preserves has been a great place to live so far. The staff is professional. I enjoy popping in to see them while I make my coffee. Shout out to Michaela shes welcoming, super sweet and efficient!! Also, I like doing my work in the community room because of the spacious area to work. Cant wait for The weather to warm up, so I can enjoy The nice area.

        The apartment complex is extremely nice, spacious, and clean. Even though its just a couples of miles away from the hustle and bustle of NAS JAX and the Orange Park district, the complex is located in a quiet area that you can call home. Not too long ago was the area where the complex currently sits on was just acres of untouched land. The process to obtain an apartment was seamless, welcoming, and straightforward. I would highly recommend this location to anyone whos interested in settling in the area.
