Whoa, the rent is in my price range!!! I looked at several apartments in this area (all of which were super expensive), when I came here Ms. Vivian was super nice and showed me all around the complex. It's super clean and seems really quite. I really wanted to be closer to downtown for work, now I can literally ride my scooter a couple of blocks and I'm at work! I'm looking forward to moving in!

I was impressed by the exceptional upkeep of the building. The common areas are always clean and well maintained, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets this complex apart is the informative and attentive staff members. It is evident that they genuinely care about the wellbeing and satisfaction of the residents.

Lofts at Monroe looks great inside and outside. The office staff are nice and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Even though they dont have any vacancies the staff took its time to show me around the building and explain the program to me. The building looked fabulous.

Loft at Monroe is a great place to live. I enjoy it here and the staff makes me feel like family.
