Ive lived here for three years and I love the area, property is kept up with all of my neighbors are so nice , very quite peaceful area and the new staff in the office really makes it that much more enjoyable to live here , they are always very welcoming and willing to help with anything they can . Highly recommended living here .

I just recently moved in last week and the property manager Arielle helped me out with EVERYTHING I needed. I moved from another state so it was great to have her walk me through everything I needed to know about my apartment, the amenities, and also even gave my daughter a cute teddy bear she had sitting on her desk, which I thought was very sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone and to specifically ask for Arielle, she will make your move a breeze.

I paid an deposit and app fee. Time of move in the carpet was wet, paint on the floor and old rusty washing drying. I was moving in on the 18th of the month and they stated Ill have to pay full month rent upfront big misunderstanding on my part bc that was written in fine print on welcome letter after I had paid my deposit. Decided not to take the unit and request a refund and they mailed my refund to the wrong address. The staff was beyond rude and lack ownership over the situation and I thank God I didnt move here.Its one lady who work In the office have 0 southern charms ( youll know her when you see her). The other lady is fake she pretends to be nice but rolls her eyes at you. The manager above them all, lacks compassion and ownership.

I have been a resident here for 2 years and I do not recommend moving here. I was sold and promised an updated apartment but there was nothing renovated about it when I moved in. The complex refused to fix the issues and Damage and I got tired of fighting. There was multiple damages to the apartment which over the years Ive asked to be fixed and nothing has been fixed. I havent been able to use my dishwasher in 2 yearsits broken and every time I submit a request they say its user error lol. My sink leaks sewer water every other monthIve gotten used to waking up to my kitchen under water. Nothing is maintained at the complexthey advertise as a luxury complex but the pool, gyms and all common areas so run down and gross. Please please please spend $100 more a month and move to a better complex. Ill be moving out in April and Im beyond thrilled. The only positive thing I will say is the complex is quiet and Ive never had problems with my neighbors. However you can find that elsewhere. The issues with the apartments themselves and run down amenities are not worth it.
