Overall had a good experience living here. Would recommend living here. The price and location is absolutely worth it.

I've had a fantastic experience at this apartment community. The staff is incredibly helpful Kari and the team do an amazing job at providing top notch customer service, the location is convenient, and the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to call home!

DON'T MOVE HERE if you want a goodnight's rest. Why? Because Rosemont St. Johns might be running a scam. Just look at the past reviews. People have complained about rude and disrespectful neighbors making noise all throughout the day and night and when they complain to Rosemont's management, nothing is done! They twiddle their thumbs and say "I'll try to get ahold of the neighbor," or "we left them a note," then they'll disappear when you try to follow up because nothing has changed. People! If you decide to move in here, you will be forced to move out just as quickly as you moved in, minus a couple of grand $$$ that goes right into the pockets of Rosemont St. John. Coincidence? I think not.

I have to say, my experience here has been fantastic from the beginning. When I first visited the apartment complex, Brianna has been absolutely amazingshe answered all my questions and really made me feel welcome. Moving in was super easy, the neighbors are really kind and very involved with the community and the place was great when I arrived. The layout of the apartment is really nice, and the modern details to the apartment adds a nice touch. Maintenance is very quick on responding as I put in a request the night before and they came during the day the next day. He was extremely helpful in replacing the things needed and was super nice. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are top-notch and always well-maintained, even though I havent been here long its been super clean every time . Plus, you can't beat the locationit's close to everything you need. Overall, I'm thrilled with my decision to move here. Brianna and the rest of the staff have been super friendly and helpful, making this move a smooth and enjoyable experience. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy and convenient place to call home.

The unit I'm in is nice, but once you sign a lease, management doesn't care about your concerns. I've had major issues with a very loud upstairs neighbor; this isn't regular "living in close proximity with neighbors" noise, which I'm used to. This noise is excessive -- stomping, banging, thumping, etc. -- and is every day, all hours of the day and night. After asking my neighbor to please think about people downstairs from her and getting a rude response, I messaged the office twice. Luckily for me I guess, I ran into the property manager in the mailroom, since no one responded to my messages. The manager actually came to my apartment, heard how excessive the noise was, and told me she'd call the neighbor. She told me to follow up with her the next day. I followed up by calling the office and left a message, and she never returned my calls. I've had to stay out of my own apartment that I pay rent for, to get a decent night's sleep. If nothing is done about upstairs, I'll have to move, but it's not right that I should have to do this and break my lease. I would never recommend this complex to anyone just based on management.
