    The front office staff all were very polite and professional. Akya is the leading agent that helped me today, and she was incredible knowledgeable about the complex and was able to answer all of my questions, and she was so sweet and hilarious.

    This place is a absolute joke from day one I have been having issues the apartment was dirty upon moving in door was wide open and would not close I got a call on the day I got my keys that someone will be by the next day to fix of course not I had to go to the leasing office numerous times after 2 weeks with my front door not closing it was finally fix lets not talk about the continues water issues with these apartments everything floods and backs up dryer has been broken since day one still not fix currently have wet clothes that are just sitting because maintenance claims it was fixed. I will be breaking my lease shortly this place is a joke nothing gets fixed tub still backs up Im tired of having someone in my home to say they fix things I have only been here going on 2 months and maintenance is here at least once a week. I have pictures of everything so I can keep documentation of this place.

    Akya, the office staff, violated the lease I signed and lied to me about when our apartment would be ready to move into. I moved my family across the country and she did not have our apartment ready at the agreed upon date and costed me extreme expenses in hotels and having to rent a storage unit due to her dishonesty and unprofessionalism. The manager agreed to give us compensation for the inconvenience if I provided receipts but lied to me and never followed through on her word. Very dishonest staff and management. We havent had working hot water and a broken screen since we moved in 5 months ago and they wont fix anything no matter how much we call and complain. All the lights in the parking lot either dont work or strobe because they need to be replaced which is an extreme safety hazard to epileptics and makes us feel unsafe to not have proper light especially since there are homeless people squatting around the apartment buildings. My truck has been broken into several times and all the cars in the parking lot are always having their windows smashed. Extremely unsafe environment. My wife is terrified to walk the dog. When we complained about this to the office staff, Akya, she dismissed the concern stating it wasnt her problem. We then expressed our concern about seeing a van full of shoe boxes with signs outside our apartment selling shoes reeking of weed. She told us not to worry about it because it was her family. What kind of apartment company has people selling shoes out of their parking lot disrupting everyone when this is supposed to be peoples homes! When we expressed how we didnt feel safe with those two prior concerns she threatened us stating, we better watch it because she was ready to show us the ghetto! We continue to live in fear of her threats. A very ungodly women. Not a safe place for kids or families. This company does not care about having professional staff or about the safety or wellbeing of its paying customers.

    Overall our stay has been meh. The front desk office people are nice and friendly. Gym is nice and accessible, onsite laundry is great, pools when they are open are great. Besides the usual neighbors loud disagreements at night, people letting their children run free to do what they please with minimal supervision (Im all for kids being kids playing outside its good for them Ive only once seen an adult watching them.) The other day they walked into the gym and started sass mouthing me after I gently said hey where are your parents or adult watching you. The rules state you cant be in here you could get hurt. I also remember someone stealing my walkway lights in December. The compactor that keeps breaking. To my dishwasher thats been broken for two weeks now and they keep saying we are short staffed which I completely understand but we were told they would be by Monday to fix it its now Wednesday. Which isnt the end of the world but its still inconvenient cause it smells and is attracting fruit flys. To my bathroom ceiling that had a leak from the upstairs bathroom that is still leaking, but their fix was taking clear silicone and painting the ceiling with it. Its now heavy from the built up water and growing mold. My husband told them about it and we got the same answer oh we are really under staffed. We likely wont be renewing our lease in August which is a shame because its a nice little complex.The current staff are nice and friendly. Unfortunately due to lack of maintenance and the pool breaking so it was closed all summer then the compactor being out a week in December. Our moldy ceiling. Its not worth spending $1200 a month for broke down amenities. People throwing bags of trash wherever they please. The neighbors and kids we can deal with because its everywhere. I had decent hopes for this place.
