        Great community. Apartments are fresh & clean. Property looks nice - love the pool area! Management is very responsive & resolves issues promptly. I like that it's very convenient to nearby shopping and highways (US-17 and I-295). Very satisfied!

        Mike has been an amazing help. I had a great experience with him. I just moved into Ortega Villages and through the tour he was very honest and didnt fail to let us know the little things that other renters might have been hesitant to reveal. The whole move in process has been super easy and very straight forward. Some things that I found arent really included on the website is they dont have washer and dryer hook ups which is totally fine but they do have an air conditioned laundry room on the property. Its very nice and they have an app that connects to the washer and dryers to let you know if theyre available before wasting your time walking over there. Its a great starting off apartment for a small young family like mine. The area its located in is a pretty good area as far as Ive seen and theres tons of restaurants and stores right down the road. I would like to mention Mike again because he is such a cool guy!!! You can really tell he knows what hes doing and cares about your time and money. He was quick to respond and greatly appreciated by us!!

        Nice quiet community in a great area! I love my 2 bedroom townhome and the pool is really nice and always crystal clear. The newer manager Michael is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

        Ive only been here for almost a year as of Oct 2022 & its been amazing truly. Micheal who is our NEW management is just AMAZING , he works with you beyond measures to the BEST of his ability. Alexis is also extremely amazing also she made sure I received my trash bin ASAP when I mentioned I didnt receive one. The maintenance is also pretty fast & extremely respectful, every person there. This is my second place & honestly I wish I wouldve came here first ! I do plan to renew my lease
