Aaron Phans knowledge, expertise and passion for functional training has helped me tremendously since tearing both my ACLs. I was told I needed surgery or I wouldnt be able to workout the way I always have. After a few sessions and advice from Aaron, I started to feel relief. Aaron has extensive knowledge in his field that helped me rehab without significant surgeries. I highly recommend Aaron and his approach to health and wellness. Evolve has a great environment and is a must for anyone looking for a better way to train and rehab. You wont be disappointed.

Aaron has built the best functional training studio ever. They are wonderful trainers and take the time to work with their clients to help them heal. I am so thankful for Aaron and this studio! I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I love Evolve! Not only did I notice a quick difference in myself physically, but I also thoroughly enjoyed the environment/ workout itself. Aaron, along with the rest of the trainers, are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Evolve is a life changer! I battled lower back and leg pains for over a year with no relief from physical therapy. I stopped working out completely just to ease my pain. Aaron convinced me to try his functional fitness program at Evolve and I couldnt be happier! After only 2 private sessions and a couple of months of 2X per week group classes, I am pain free! Aaron teaches you to move your body the correct way and at your own pace. I recommend EVERYONE try EVOLVE!
