Andrew is a scam artist he made me pay for a year instead of month to month then told me to do a lift wrong. i injured my back. The doctor said not to lift for 8 months. Andrew refuses to return my money and told me its your fault for not showing up

I'm pretty new to lifting, so these classes are great! Everyone in the class is friendly and helpful. Renee is awesome! she's been great with explaining proper form and techniques so we don't hurt ourselves! I will be back religiously. I hope to see ya there!

Best trainers, programming, and community (family) of any gym I've ever set foot in. I've been working out on and off since I was 16, but after less than 2 years in this gym I'm in the best shape of my life and the strongest I've ever been at 40 years old! Your physical peak is still in front of you, so come on in and get after it.
