Absolutely fantastic experience at Ideal Smiles Dental Care! The staff were incredibly understanding and provided top-notch service. Ideal Smiles Dental Care is wonderful! I went in for the first time in an emergency and stayed! I just finished my second part of my deep cleaning with Marion who is fantastic! My teeth look so much better now and feel so much better! Marion took great care of me and it was painless!

I do not recommend this place at all. I put just 2 star because when I came the first time with my child, the place used to go it was closed and just my baby needed to cut his wire so I came this place for that, they charged me $30. It was an emergency that why they took me but they told me, they will try to fix without knowing if they can do anything, they did well with my child. So I decided to come here for myself, the woman in the front end (middle aged black woman) very nice, excellent customer service, sweet voice. She put all the information and gave me the appointment. I came for my appointment today, (the young lady white woman) Nice but bad customer service, I guess she only knows to take phone, never tried to do the best, she asked me if I was someone else I said no and I gave my name and she said as she didn't have my cell phone number she couldn't call me to change my appointment. When I saw the other woman put it the system If only recommend this place in the case you have an emergency is not please do not come here. I do not understand why they have good reviews, I can tell you here is not full just 1 or 2 people saw in the first day today not one. I do not recommend this place except if you have an emergency on a Sunday. I came with my baby and they helped me. The care of a middle-aged lady was excellent, what a beautiful person, very attentive and her knowledge and very good patient care. I loved it for that reason and even more the attention of the Dr that day I decided to come for me , the lady provided all my information and gave me the date of the appointment, when I came for the appointment a young woman with little or no knowledge of customer service asked me if I was someone else, I gave her my name and she told me that since I didn't have My phone number couldn't notify me of the appointment change, incredible. When I saw that the lady put everything. What a lack of respect for the customer. I don't think the place is recommended, that's why there isn't a lot of clientele, which surprises me how much star it has.
