        Your people at the front desk need to be clear on the phone and ask if you have insurance or say you are out of network you coast me 3 hours of pay and an hour of my time. And now more hours of work as I have to go to another dentist.

        My tooth broke on me about 2am called office in morning explained my situation & they fitted me in even though they were busy I really appreciate it office staff was very friendly & knowledgeable the dentist was very friendly & talkative & did a great job I had a root canal done with 2 post & crown next week my wife will be a new patient there getting a filling
