Hollywood Perfect Smile

Great experience and the results are real. Our visit yesterday was an great experience and HPS displayed superb customer service. We are very pleased with his smile. I will most definitely refer them as the go to dental office for those that is looking for that perfect smile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Please do not go to this site. I have had several veneers fall out over the course of a year and when I call or write about the warranty they just harass me. They tell me they will call me and they never do. When you call on the phone they are not very friendly. In addition to the dental work being poor, they have a super rude and arrogant girl at the reception. I highly recommend this site. (Coral Gables Branch)

I don't recommend this place. They're not clear with the information they provide, because they advertise on Instagram and when you ask, they give you a price but then at the appointment they give you another price. On Instagram they were charging me 3,900 for 6 veneers, but at the office they told me each veneer would be 750, so it wasn't 3,900 but 4,500. Also, they charged me for the consultation (which by the way was just some x-rays and nothing else, because not even a doctor saw me, just the same front desk girl who gave me the price after just taking some x-rays). I ended up paying $50 but I don't trust the place because they're not clear with the information, and even though I insisted that nobody had told me that the appointment would have a $50 charge, they said that was the fee, so I really paid to be told that the procedure was going to cost more than what they told me via Instagram, without any dental explanation or anything. It was just a waste of time.

So Far so good had an appointment 3/28 traveled from Georgia to get a bridge and porcelain veneers after much review was originally going to fly out the country but decided to go with Hollywood.Assessment was done first appointment with temporaries made and placed on. Will follow up week later for actual veneers excited to see my new smile. UPDATE 4/5 Procedure -8X10 porcelain veneers 3 crowns and bridge. I dont even know where to begin. I had such an amazing experience and it was all well worth it. I had moments where I was very nervous as far as the outcome I think do to watching and reading negative reviews. Anyways it all turned out better than I anticipated. Lilliana was AMAZING the entire staff ( the lady who removed my temps was so kind thank you ) however she was my initial point of contact so a special shout out to her. The doctor was AWESOMELY gentle and very precise to detail. I love my smile its natural and beautiful. If you are in need of veneers I highly recommend HOLLYWOOD. Dont hesitate ask for Liliana. This is an honest review ! Thank you all
