Usually, people only write bank reviews when they're annoyed or in a hurry. But I just had to share my recent experience. The local branch had been closed for a while, so I was surprised to see it open again. I popped in just before they were about to close, needing urgent help and not really expecting much since I was flying out the next day. But they were amazing they booked me in for an appointment straight away, no fuss. The whole team was super helpful and friendly, especially Lanny, who was fantastic. It was such a refreshing experience.

Excellent attention. I arrived and the branch manager introduced herself very cordially and then the executive Nicole Ferrer was very precise and friendly,
