There are several issues with this branch. From arriving at the bank, it was raining and the front of the building is submerged in water as the gutters push all of the water to the entryway of the building. Upon entering, there was no customer waiting but when I had an issue and needed a dba name added to my account the representative told me he could not assist me and I needed to make an appointment. I said but you have no one here and his response was we are booked. There was no one waiting and it takes 5-10 minutes to handle my request yet he refused to help instead insisted that I come back another day. At this point I felt slighted as he clearly had the time to help me but was refusing so I told him he was not providing adequate customer service. He said he was sorry I felt that way but insisted again that I obtain an appointment and return. I asked him his next appointment time and he refused to assist instead stating he didnt want to argue with me. I asked for a manager and waited. She researched and ultimately I still needed an appointment but she found me one for later in the day at another branch. Mr. lvarez was the first representative and his stand of fish attitude was very difficult to handle after experiencing such frustration. The photo was taken 20 mins after speaking with the teller. Very disappointing experience.

WellsFargos costumer service has progressively become trash. I bought foreign currency from this branch and when the currency didnt come in on time, the branch personnel said they had just gotten a notice that currency was running behind, but didnt offer to help us cancel the order, just told us to call their corporate #. It took us +4 hours to talk to someone on the corporate #, just to have them say the branch should have canceled it. Now trying to contact the branch and no one picks up the phone, they automatically send my call to the general wellsfargo line, where after more time on hold, they cant do anything because its the branchs job to cancel the order. So according to EVERY WF employee Ive spoken to, its not their job to do their job, its someones elses job. Really considering taking my finances elsewhere if this is how WF is going to operate.
