        Worst bank ever,horrible customer service and no real fraud protocol to follow. They couldn't give me a name,number or address to the company I supposedly approved a purchase from because there was no information coming back for it and they still wouldn't return a penny to me. Also the customer service phone line is only open Mon-Fri 9-5 no weekends. Will be closing my account today.

        Great location Great People Great Service But the Regions Bank inside needs a rehab... Looks very depressing inside. Needs update and more bright lights.. Led lights. Very dark inside.
