Tax season is here and I stopped by the bank to get a record of the checks I paid last year on my business account. First stop Chase, smooth and quick, got everything I needed even pictures of the checks I paid last year. Second stop BankUnited and all of the sudden I’m reminded why I closed my account here. “If you want a record of your checks we can give you a quote, we will call you in 4 or 5 days and tell you how much it will be”.
“At least we are printing out your statements “ they said...
PLEASE GO WITH CHASE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Also their software sucks, including website, app, atm, you name it . Management please upgrade your IT department.

They literally couldn't answer my questions , and where looking at me like it's my fault. Better go to Chase or Wells Fargo , which is across the street . At least you will get nice customer service.
