I have lived here for the past 3 years and it has been the best living experience for my family. The management team is very accommodating and accessible to all of our needs. The office staff is bilingual in Spanish and English which makes it very comfortable since my family is blended. Any and all concerns are taken care of in an acceptable manner. I would recommend Westland 49 to all.

The current property manager Jeanette is very considerate and follows up with the tenants in regards to any concerns. Also the security guards are always around the parking lot and buildings checking on everything.
Today April 2nd Efrain was at my unit to fix the bathroom and did a great job. Very satisfied.
