FINALLY a place in hialeah that isnt an eye sore! everything was clean, no rust, no paint falling apart, grass cut. 10/10 Not to mention how modern and fresh the structure is inside and out.

Trying to take money from you in any way they can!!! No more guest parking- guests will be charged $35 per day to visit you. You have been warned!!

Always read the comments before renting, this will avoid many problems in the future. I was delighted to rent here because of the photos. It looks like a nice place in a very convenient area, but if there is something very important to live, it is the tranquility and I think that because of the building the apartments is impossible according to the comments, even the elevator can be heard, I wouldn't want to know if you rent near someone with musical tastes problems with returning the deposits, the realtors charge you for the application knowing that you probably won't be accepted...
