Piscina y jardines muy bonitos y bien cuidados. Excelente personal de limpieza y mantenimiento. Buena administracin. Buena ubicacin en la ciudad. Gracias. En este ltimo ao se instalo el cable de Internet de alta velocidad ( fibra ptica) para todo el edificio ,incluyendo cada apartamento. Se remodelaron los dos ascensores quedando muy elegantes y de ltima generacin.

Truly if i can give this apartment zero stars i would ! each person can only have 1-2 parking tickets and while the ones that dont have to cross the street which gets very busy and thats very risky in my opinion. The moment you even walk into the elevator youre already sweating. Also tow trucks try to take your car before 12am which is ILLEGAL. Idk how this apartment has 4.4 stars yall must of gotten paid to lie that much.

The best thing is the view. I face South, you can see the planes take off and land. The location is ideal, especially if someone does not drive, we are in the middle of everything you could possibly want or need. Ernesto is the best employee that they have here, very pleasant and delightful. When there is s maintenance issue, management is quick to take care of it. Negative- some neighbors like to party til the AM hours.
