The Residences at Lakehouse

The complex is beautiful but the apartments are very expensive for what it is, they have Downtown prices and it is not even close. I was checking the page and there are approximately 20 empty homes and they still haven't lowered the price. The finishes are not pretty to be honest and half of the apartments are extremely dark, so choose carefully if you are going to move into this complex. Very pretty on the outside but on the inside it doesn't worth it. This year we are moving out.

My family and I had a wonderful experience while applying to live at The Residence at Lake House in Miami Lakes. Janille assisted us and she was very patient, kind, professional and provided us wonderful service. She was there for us since day one, supporting throughout the entire process. The application process was quick and effective. Even after we moved in, Janille was very attentive and always willing to help us. Janille was able to get everything ready within a week after our first call to this place. If it wasn't for her excellent, professional and fast service we will probably still looking for a place to move to. My family and I love this place; it is very safe, clean and quiet. Maintenance comes fast when you need it. In general, thank you Janille for being there for us when we needed you.

Residents of Lakehouse is OUTSTANDING in every respect. The units are exceptionally well done, the amenities are excellent and the property management team (Graham Companies) is highly responsive to the residents and maintains the property in a first class manor. I highly recommend the community.
