        We rented 2 cars for our family trip for a week 9/10-9/17 and picked up and dropped off in Green Cove Springs, FL. Logan was great through the whole process!

        We received an Altima last week from here that was filthy, smelled of cigarettes and had a live roach in the back. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that they aren't sanitizing for covid either. Avoid if possible.

        I wish I could give them zero stars. I beg anyone who read this to never do business with this sleezy company again I have spent over $10,000 dollars with this company since October. Today I arrived in Green Cove Springs Fla. By boat to haul my boat out for the summer. Had reserved a truck to drive home. Enterprise picks me up at the marina drives me to the office only to tell me that I can only use a debit card if my ID. Says I live within 30 miles of the office I live in Ohio they used that debit card all year but now they won't. To top it off they refused to drive me back to the marina. So I was stranded in a strange town that has no cabs and no uber drivers available. A place I don't know one single person to help me. At 5 o'clock the enterprise worker logan threw a grin at me as he got into his car to drive home. While I still sat in front trying to figure out what to do. THAT'S HOW ENTERPRISE DOES BUSINESS. They can go to hell!
