What has happened to Belks anymore?!?! For anyone reviewing them with a high rating, I'd question the authenticity of their post! This place has turned into a horrible store and I'll be glad when they finally go out of business for their lack of quality in products AND staff! Kat, Manager, was less than helpful. Poor customer service! I purchased a very expensive set of pots and pans which were extremely poor quality. Unfortunately, my grandson was trying to be helpful and throughout the box before I realized how terrible they were and needed to return them. I called up to the store and the manager was explained the situation and that we wanted to return them even if it was for store credit as we were anticipating making large purchase. I also explained that I am a travel nurse and was on an assignment and would return them as soon as I got back. I was told that as long as I had the receipt it would be fine. We attempted to return them today and was advised that since I didn't have the box they would not be returnable even though we had the receipt. Now I'm out all that money for a dollar store brand set of pots. Buyer beware I will not be returning and will be cutting up all of my credit cards from there.
