Worst place resort in fort Pierce south island office smells like heavy mold in mildew front desk attendants are very bad morels has to have one other child that is a third son if he could play at the pool with his brothers they were not staying the night and was told can't have a party here lol one 9 year old. Then the first attendant brought out another attendant that was rude right off I think she might have been having a bad day she was arguing on the phone with her boyfriend or something the places a joke smells horrible like mildew if you don't believe me just walk in the office don't waste your time there's mildew in the rooms it's horrible was told pools heated was no .zero stars around the board .if you want mold in you lungs have fun

This is a big no. I have stayed at many (much cheaper) hotels for a way better, cleaner experience. Long story short- the room they gave us smelled STRONGLY of vomit. The room they tried to give us after that was connected to the vomit room so also smelled. The room they finally gave us had paper thin sheets and blanket, towels with multiple holes and stains in them, and dead bugs in the corners of the room. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke constantly because they let people smoke right outside all entrances. No bell service. Not a lot of help from staff. The cleanliness standards seemed so low my family opted NOT to swim in the pool for fear of what cleaning standards (or lack of) there were for the pool area. And this is out of their control, somewhat, but the views from all our rooms were overlooking burned out, abandoned buildings covered in graffiti. Not the most beautiful atmosphere. The ONLY benefit of this resort was the shuttle to Universal and early entry to the park, but honestly wasn't worth the grossness.
