        Used the hot tub without realizing it was over chlorinated. Ruined my bathing suit and turned my silver rings black. When I said something to the front desk they said a manager would call me which never happened. When I checked hours later they had the pool man speak to me. He talked in circles and said maybe if there were more complaints he would do something about it. Room was never serviced. We were returning in 2 weeks but canceled due to the not being able to use the hot tub or the pool.

        Staff nice but slow to check in. Horrible WiFi so no tv or internet. Rooms are clean.

        We have been going to this hotel to celebrand there again. The rates changed much else. The fishing pier has not been updated again last year. I made a comment about the Pole holders and the lighting and they did nothing. It's still a great place, but they could do some more improvements to make it better for the environment. And for the people trying to catch a fish yes. PS WE Did catch five sharks today !! !!!!!
