Royal Inn Beach Hotel Hutchinson Island

Location is perfect. Room was not bad refrigerator, microwave 2 beds coffee maker in the room. Enjoyed my stay. Staff was good additional $16 a night resort fee though added to the daily charge

Rooms: Dairy Queen rooms with excellent views of the ocean Nearby activities: The beach is across the street and restaurants are a block away Walkability: Five restaurants within a block

THIS IS A DUMP! FALSE ADVERTISING AND PICS OF HOTEL.ROOM IS FULL OF BLACK MOLD ON FURNITURE AND CURTAINS. STAYED IN ROOM 206 THAT SUPPOSEDLY HAD "OCEAN VIEW" THERE WAS ONLY A VIEW OF THE PARKING LOT! HALLWAYS DIRTY AND IN NEED OF PAINT. AND THEY CHARGE FOR ROOMS AS IF THIS WAS ACTUALLY A NICE PLACE! NEVER EVER WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN. STAY ANY PLACE BUT HERE! OH! WAIT, THE BEST IS THE COMFORTER ON ONE OF THE BEDS HAD 2 BLOOD STAINS! OMG!

I would never go back there in my life. I took my family for a little getaway, we paid $200 bucks a night. Rooms are dirty, balcony is dirty. And guess what them janitorial ladies sit downstairs and smoking cigarettes all day. They do not do anything all day. Hallway are dirty and dicusting. Yes furniture is old but I would deal whit old .but not old and dirty. Is dicusting. I even got bitten by bad bucks. Don't recommend to any one. I got the pictures as well but can't download them in here. Plus not a safe neighborhood as well. Rooms: Dirty and disgusting. Safety: You have to watch your own car directly from your own room all night because they had people going and checking cars if they locked or not. I caut the guy who was checking the cars at 2 am if they locked or not. And he ran a way. So, not safe at all.
