We stayed 2 nights in a queen suite and had a terrible time. The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around. The water never got hot. There were stains on the towels, bedspread, and walls. The floor we were on was being remodeled, which we weren't told about, so we were woken up by power tools and everything reeked of wet paint. The carpet felt grimyand sticky. And the AC only worked in the bedroom, so the living room stayed hot. Definitely not worth the money and I'd never stay here again.

The room is very outdated. You couldn't reach an accessible outlet to charge your phone. The USB ports designed in the lamps are of no use since mine uses USB-C.
There was no shower floor mat, so I had to use a towel.
NOISY! You can hear all vehicles up and down the avenue. So very hard to have a good night's sleep.
Check in was very pleasant, and the young clerk very professional. Check out was a different story. I felt like I had to hurry up and leave the property.

This was probably a nice hotel years ago. But now it's old and dated. Though it's in the process of renovation, it didn't improve our stay. The bathroom was terribly small - barely enough room for the door to open. The bathtub was cracked and the shower valve was broken. A door hinge on the armoire was broken and the door was hanging off at an angle. This Holiday Inn really felt more like a two-star motel.
