In January 2024 I paid off 2 phones, got 2 new phones with promotional credit for no payments on the 2 new phones. Still getting charged on each new phone as of February. I called ATT and they said the local store will have to solve the problem and issue the credit, etc. I called the manager of the Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers store. in February, 2024. He said wait 2 months and if the charges on the ATT account did not go away to call him back. April 2024: I called the local store (Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers) back, as the charges were still present on 4-6-24. I was put on hold for 8 minutes by the one who answered the call ( the manager), with no return pick up. Tried calling multiple times (12) after, as of this posting and got "unavailable" over and over and over again! What a freaking nightmare. Finally got a hold of the manager. When I asked why I was put on hold by him for so long with a disconnect and having to call 12 times with "unavailable" he apologized and said I have to understand he is by himself with 7 people in the store. No sir. I do not. Your staffing problems are the concern of you as well as your corporate, not my concern as the customer. My concern is the fact that ATT is continuing to take my money without justification. He said he would investigate and reach out to me on the following Monday. I will update this post and rating after Monday.
