        Bought the brand new razor flip phone and after less than 2 months it didn't work at all. They replaced it less than 2 weeks ago and absolutely nothing works except a phone call and nothing else. They refuse to let me switch to a different phone. This place has awful customer service and never answer their phones. I just switched to Metro and I absolutely regret doing it. No manager will help or do they even care.

        This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I called and they picked up without saying a word put me on hold. I called back and they picked up and hung up. This went on for 10 minutes. But that's not the worst of it. They've been having problems with their towers for years. I can't get Internet half the time. Their 5G is worthless if your towers don't work! Avoid at all cost. Edit/ I went verizon across the street and have been extremely happy with the excellent customer service there.

        This particular store is very professional. Other than a small wait, maybe 10-15 minutes, everything went great. There was a nice girl (can't remember her name. Might of been Janette or something of similarity) that answered all my questions and was just super nice. Not all stores are the same and the contrast can be drastic at most times. I have had a varying amount of both horrible and great experiences.

        I hope this is the right location..the corporate store...Brenda was amazing... knowledgeable and friendly. I went to another independent store and was treated poorly.. (she told me there would be a charge for cancelling a line but couldn't tell me how much). Brenda convinced me that i needed a tablet and had a great deal on one my monthly bill went down and got more stuff .. great service Brenda thanks
