        They do not follow up and resolve complaints regarding postal carriers not delivering mail and packages. There is NO accountability when a postal carrier goes rogue.

        My Postal Delivery person brings me mail that clearly identifies my address. However, Im getting my neighbors mail. Even when I attempt to give it back,, he wont take it back. When I told him about it, he said its for the people that used to live here. My home is new. It was just built in December, 2022. Im the only one thats ever lived here. The address is clear on my mailbox and on the mail he leaves for others; they are totally different. He is derelict in his duties. Im writing my Congressional Representatives about this matter and the Postmaster General. Thank you.
