        One star, but I am being generous! Part of the training should be customer service, because these people have NONE! And this is why the US Postal service won't be around for long. If your hours are for 8am-5pm and I am inside the building by 5pm, I should be able to send my package, but Kim decided that anything after 4:50pm doesn't deserve any attention. This was important to ME! I took the time to bring it personally. She was rude. She should be inside sorting mail since she doesn't really know how to talk to people.
