I wish I could do zero stars .
Bad reviews make no justice to this place. Incredible how nothing has been made despite the bad reviews. We missed the appointment because we had to breastfeed in the car and they didnt want to take me in even there was no line.
They just dont care about providing a service , they are not helpful at all. Very sad

Not only do they put my mail in the wrong box at the apartment unit, but on March 19th I didn't receive ANY mail at all, we got the app that tells us what mail is supposed to be delivered that day, and it told us how I was supposed to be receiving a birthday card from my auntie, and several pieces of mail that were containing private information. This is grossly unacceptable and completely inexcusable for a service that deals with people's personal details.

Dont bother making a passport appt here, they cancel it without telling you. Then try to argued with you, telling you , you didnt have an appointment. Doesnt matter if your have proof printed out that you do. They simply dont care and I honestly dont know why they are employed.
