        Their FRAUDS, not only LIARS. Make you feel welcome to only take your MONEY, beside not wanting to fix anything concerning there property. Please do your research about these realtor and property owners. -You have been WARN be aware of SCAMMERS.

        Foreclosed all information upfront to 2 different employees and asked if I should still proceed. Both said it should be fine. We'll I realized this was said so they could take your 85.00 application fee even though after full disclosure they knew you wouldn't be approved. Also left several messages and when I finally got someone on the phone noone would talk to me except for its in the mail. My opinion is they will do anything to collect your money then will not even have the decency to talk to you to let you know what is going on. I have talked to another realtor and after full disclosure she told me I shouldn't waste my money on the app fee cause it probably would be denied. Both companies had the same process.
