Dawn was the listing agent on my house as well as a neighbor when I moved to Amelia Island. She personally introduced me to some of my new neighbors and was extremely helpful answering every question I threw her way. Dawn gave me some great suggestions to help make the house my home and she was instrumental with coordinating projects at the house before I moved down from Atlanta. Dawn always has a smile on her face and is ready to help anyway she can!

Dawn is an amazing real estate agent. Trying to purchase a property long distance is a challenge but Dawn kept us informed of any and all properties the moment they came on the market. I often awoke to a text from Dawn of a new property. Her Facetime walkthroughs were so helpful. She never pushed us to make a decision on a property, but patiently allowed us to work through what was important to us. Once we found the perfect place, Dawn spearheaded negotiating with the previous owners. She even noticed and addressed the leak in the wall which no one else had seen. After closing, she helped to replace furniture the previous owners had taken so we could continue to seamlessly rent the property. To say that Dawn goes above and beyond is an understatement.
