I have no idea how this company received so many high ratings. This is the worst Management company I have ever worked with from Naples, to Ponte Vedra and now Fernandina Beach. None of the advertised features are functional, such as the gas fire place, fenced yard, or water softern system. Each requires a licensed professional and the management company has been aware for months with no movement. There is a live electic wire in the yard that could electrocute the dog at any time that we were promised would be fixed in December and is still outstanding. All of the issues have been texted, emailed and uploaded into their portal with no resolution.

Regina managed our town home in The Cottages at Stoney Creek" until it was sold and we were very happy with the management. I'm still looking for other rentals and I'll be calling her again to manage them when I do.

Regina was so helpful when we first moved to the area. With my husband being military, we had very little time to find a place in an area we were unfamiliar with. Regina made finding a house to rent super simple and we were able to sign our lease online which was so convenient. Absolutely recommend PDQ and Regina to anyone looking in the area.
