Terrible company. I would stay away. Their leases are made to screw the tenants. Read your lease very careful. Never have I heard you have to leave the utilities in your name til its rerented. Also, even given plenty of notice they wont let you out of your lease. They try to screw you every chance they get. They are horrible about serving their units. Beware of their rentals. Also, the receptionist is one of the rudest people to do business with. I was a great tenant for 2 years & they are the worst company I have ever rented from. I have documented with pics & text messages my whole interaction with CW & the owner of the home we rented. Stay away from CW!!!

Very disappointed spent $180 on applications told them up front my credit was not so good but i had a co signer who owns 3 buisnesses and has excellent credit. Instead of just telling me that the low credit would be an automatic deal breaker they took rhe applications and did not verify any of my information and denied me i feel like they should at least refund my cosigner sine they did NO leg work

Go ahead & apply online. Dont let them tell you that you have to view the home first cause youll miss out.
